Refer Your Friends and Family

We hope the care you have received from our staff will inspire you to share us with your friends and family. That’s why we have established our Share-A-Smile program — to thank you in a special way that allows both you and your friends and family to save money on dental work.

How The Share A Smile Program Works

Download the Share-A-Smile brochure or pick one up at the office.
Write your name and address on the attached $50 referral certificate.
Give the entire brochure to a friend, neighbor or coworker who has never been to our practice. This certificate will give them a $50 discount on their first visit.
When they redeem their certificate, we’ll thank you with a $50 Dental Care Certificate that you can use at your next dental visit!
There is no limit to the number of certificates you can earn. Bring them in on your next visit and apply them toward routine dental care, or cosmetic dental services like Six Month Smiles cosmetic braces or Teeth Whitening.

Terms and Conditions:

Certificates are not redeemable for cash, or toward previously completed dental treatment.
Not valid with any other coupon, discount, or special offer.
Not valid for your spouse, minor children or other members of your household.
You will be rewarded for each new family you refer, not for each member of that family (i.e. if you refer your coworker, you will receive a $50 gift card when your coworker comes for his/her first visit. You will not receive additional cards for the coworker’s spouse or children, because they are part of the same household.
